DIRECTION CROATIA !

Croatia is a country I have been to many times. So I'm sharing with you the two places I liked best. However, today it has become an extremely touristy destination. Therefore, if you want to live an experience like mine, which is relaxing and peaceful, I advise you not to go there in high season.

1.Cascades of Plitvice

Plitvice Lakes National Park is an INCONTRODUCTIVE place in Croatia. However, since I have been there this site has become extremely touristy. It is, therefore, necessary not to go there too late if you want to enjoy the scenery without too many people. You will be able to stroll all over the site as a merchant on small pontoons: it's really beautiful. Unfortunately in this national park swimming is forbidden.

However, if you are looking for a beautiful place to swim you can always go to the equally beautiful Krka National Park.

2. Brack Island

Brack Island is a small island located in front of Split. You will have to go there by ferry boat on which you can put your car if you wish. On this island, you will find many campsites with often beautiful private beaches which is very pleasant.
On this island, you will be able to see the famous Zlatni Rat beach, close to Bol, which is a spit of land. This beach is best viewed from the sky: this beach is very busy in the summer which is not necessarily very pleasant.

On this island, you can find many paths for running or mountain biking. Brack Island is also a very good place for windsurfing enthusiasts.

Croatia is a destination that will allow you to enjoy its wonderful beaches but you will also be able to make marvelous hikes allowing you to see majestic landscapes. On the island of Brac, near Bol, you can do the Vidova Gora walk (highest peak of the island).

From France, if you go by car, Croatia can be a very inexpensive destination. Indeed, as mentioned, Croatia has many campsites that are very affordable. Moreover, Croatia's currency is still not the Euro. Restaurants, activities or any other purchase will, therefore, cost you very little.

However, you have to pay attention to the "tourist catch" attractions. Many boat trips can be offered to you at exorbitant prices.

Enjoy your trip and share your feedback with me! 😊
